How to find and book a transfer?
Enter pickup and drop-off in the booking flow, pick suggestions from the list, tap “See prices”, choose a vehicle class and continue to booking.
What is the correct address on online booking?
Include the exact address of your destination or the name of your hotel. Important: the hotel address is usually indicated on your hotel voucher—the document confirming your reservation.
How do I check that my order has been accepted?
You will receive a confirmation voucher (with booking number and travel details) at the email you provided. If you don't get it, contact our manager at info@avitovip.com.
What if I'm traveling with my kids?
We do not provide child car seats. In Turkey they are not mandatory for this service. Children under 14 must travel with an adult.
What if I have non-standard luggage?
Baggage exceeding 158 cm may be considered non-standard (e.g. skis, bicycles). Please contact us at info@avitovip.com for advice.
In what currency should I pay the driver?
For cash to the driver, follow the currency on your voucher. If you need change in a specific currency, tell us in advance when arranging with support. For online payment, charges follow your selected method.
Is the price per car or per person?
Prices are per vehicle, not per person, up to the class capacity. Popular Istanbul airport routes start from about €35; you see the fixed total before confirming — no hidden fees.
How do I find my driver?
At airports: go to the meeting point printed on your voucher. At hotels: wait outside or at the nearest lobby meeting point shown on the voucher.
What language does the driver speak?
We try to match drivers who speak your language or at least English, but can't guarantee fluency in a specific language.
How do I cancel an order?
Email info@avitovip.com or message WhatsApp/Telegram (footer). Free cancellation applies if you cancel at least 24 hours before pickup — see Terms “Cancellation Policy”.
