How to find and book a transfer?
In the "From" field of the search form, enter the place of departure and in the "To" field, enter the place of destination. Select a city, airport, station, port or hotel from the dropdown or enter the exact address. Then click "Find out prices", choose a transfer class and press "Select" to proceed to the booking form.
What is the correct address on the booking form?
Include the exact address of your destination or the name of your hotel. Important: the hotel address is usually indicated on your hotel voucher—the document confirming your reservation.
How do I check that my order has been accepted?
You will receive a confirmation voucher (with booking number and travel details) at the email you provided. If you don't get it, contact our manager at info@avitovip.com.
What if I'm traveling with my kids?
We do not provide child car seats. In Turkey, child restraint systems are not mandatory for this type of transport. Children under 14 must travel with an adult.
What if I have non-standard luggage?
Baggage exceeding 158 cm may be considered non-standard (e.g. skis, bicycles). Please contact us at info@avitovip.com for advice.
In what currency should I pay the driver?
For cash to the driver, follow the currency on your voucher. If you need change in a specific currency, tell us in advance when arranging with support. For online payment, charges follow your selected method.
Is the price per car or per person?
Prices are per vehicle, regardless of passenger count up to the maximum capacity of the class.
How do I find my driver?
At airports: meeting point on your voucher. At hotels: outside or at the nearest meeting point.
What language does the driver speak?
We try to match drivers who speak your language or at least English, but can't guarantee fluency in a specific language.
How do I cancel an order?
Email info@avitovip.com or message us on WhatsApp/Telegram (footer). Refund rules for cancellations are in the “Cancellation Policy” section of the Terms and Conditions.
